This paper explores how companies, nonprofits, government entities and investors can accelerate the adoption of racial and ethnic diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) as an investment criterion. It is a product of the Caesars Entertainment DEI Initiative, a group of 41 companies and nonprofits committed to accelerating DEI. Caesars commissioned Bea Boccalandro to develop the paper.
