Over the past decade more and more large organizations have integrated suppliers into their Diversity & Equity strategies. The issues around supplier diversity, however, go well beyond meeting quotas; a true integrated strategy focuses on access to capital, advocacy, small business training and development, and more. This talk addresses some persistent myths, challenges and opportunities.
